You have 14 days to change your mind. Returns are simple, free within France, and fully refunded.
Return period
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt to return your watch, unworn and in its original packaging.
How to return
- Email us at contact@alpille.com with your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label (France).
- Pack the watch in its case and drop the parcel at a pickup point.
- Upon receipt and inspection, the refund is issued.
Refund
The full refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days on the original payment method. No restocking fee applies.
Commercial warranty and legal guarantee
ALPILLE commercial warranty: 1 year from delivery, covering manufacturing defects (movement and assembly), excluding normal wear and impacts. It is separate from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the hidden defects guarantee, which apply in parallel: the durations do not add up.
